- Rates are subject to 11% SC Rental tax
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rates include departure cleaning. Daily or mid-week housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m.
- Our villa is non-smoking.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT:
For reservations outside of 120 days, a 30% deposit of your rental is required. Inside 120 days of arrival, a 50% deposit is required. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time at the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
